Fleetwood Mac plots a busy 2009
Sound the reunion alarm, we got another one on our hands! Ok, so maybe Fleetwood Mac aren’t we reuniting, but come March of next year, Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood will take to the road for the first time in nearly five years for an extensive North American tour.
“Unleashed” as the tour is being called - “We love our band and think the title of the tour “UNLEASHED” perfectly describes how we all feel when we get on stage together — especially in 2009. We’re so happy to 
get back out on the road, perform everyone’s favorite songs and see our fans,” said the band in a joint statement. - will coincide with the rerelease of the band’s now legendary album, Rumors. However, unlike the 2004 reissue of the album, this particular edition will be packaged in a CD/DVD box set and include a number of previously unreleased tracks.
Fleetwood Mac is also expected to soon begin work on the long-awaited follow up to 2003’s Say You Will; the album has been rumored since early this year when rumors circulated that Sheryl Crow had been working with the band on new material. While Nicks has sinced denied Crow’s involvement, she did recently confirm a new album will appear sooner rather than later.
Tickets for the tour will go on sale beginning December 15th via LiveNation.com. Additional dates will be announced in the coming weeks.

I”M A HUGE FAN OF THERES , I LIVE IN FLORIDA AND IN 03 AND 04 I SAW THEM WHAT A CONCERT , IN 04 I HAD ROW ONE WOW I WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF LINDSEY HE BENT DOWN AND LET ME PLAY HIS GUITAR , THERE A CLASS ACT ! THEY SOUNDED GREAT , I HOPE THEY COME BACK TO FLORIDA IN 09 THERE ARE ALOT OF MAC FANS WAITING TO SEE THEM IN FLORIDA!.
