Summer Camp ‘09 shares a few early names
When the Summer Camp Music Festival takes to Chillicothe, Illinois between May 22 and 24 for its ninth annual edition, the three-day music extravaganza will look to combine both old favorites and first timers. As we learned today compliments our friends at Hidden Track, moe. and Umphrey McGee’s will once again serve as headliners for the 2009 edition of the festival, while Medeski, Scofield, Martin and Wood, Keller Williams, Dark Star Orchestra, Cornmeal, Girl Talk, Family Groove Company, and 56 Hope Road make up the early list of names also confirmed to perform.
The full lineup is expected to announced in the coming weeks, while Early bird tickets, available for the low price of $95, will go on sale beginning Saturday, January 3rd via the festival’s official website.
