Kings of Leon: Coming soon to an area near you…

Kings of Leon: Coming soon to an area near you…

After proving they could not only fill an arena, and the world’s most famous that,  but blow it away as well (maybe?), Kings of Leon are ready to take their act to similar size venues all across the country. Following a slew of dates across Europe and Australia, which begin next week, the Tennessee outfit will return home for a spring tour that will take the Nashville outfit to arenas and amphitheatres across the country in support of its last year’s Only By The Night. Currently, the tour runs until May 21st, but with an appearance at this year’s Sasquatch! Music Festival heavily rumored, additional dates are likely. Tickets for most U.S. shows will go on sale beginning Friday, February 13th via Ticketmaster.com.

Kings of Leon also recently confirmed their appearances at three European summer festivals: T In The Park, Oxegen, and the Benicassim Festival.

  1. i would guess so? seeing as they arent on the roo lineup?

  2. 06/15 - London, UK @ O2 Arena
    06/16 - London, UK @ O2 Arena

    does this mean no bonnaroo?

  3. Its not them dude… It would be promoters like AC/Superfly telling them not to because they are using them as an addition

  4. Can any fucking Band “MAN UP” and announce that they’re playing a festival. Fuck for serious! I’m going to boo these pussies cause they’re all adhering to what Live Nation says, or Golden voice. If your playing a festival announce it. If you’re not announcing it because you don’t want to be looked upon as this summers Jack Johnson, you’re extra pussies cause everyones going to hate you later for trying to stop the inevitable. If these guys are a headliner at Sasquatch i’ll barf. Not cause they’re bad. I quite enjoy what KoL does it’ll be because they’re being a bunch of spineless lil’ bitches that can’t announce all their tour dates.

  5. does this mean sasquatch is a lock?

  6. seriously dude you’re talkin about their haircuts.
    You’re an idiot.

    They also left bonnaroo open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Awesome! I’ll be at the Fairfax show. I missed out on the DAR show in November, so this makes up for it.

  8. Say them open up for bob dylan a few years. i dont get what the hype is with them. their opening was cool. their haircuts just kill it

  9. no chicago date ? which makes a lollapalooza apperance likely

  10. No Chicago date? Lolla lock?

  11. No L.A. date? Tour begins in US right after Coachella. Mark it down kids, they are going to be a late addition for Coachella!!
