  1. Don’t quite understand why people don’t like Kings of Leon. Albeit that Sex on Fire was played way too much on the radio (It was a pretty bad KOL song too), but their older stuff was great. Only by the Night was bad, but everything including Because of the Times was golden. If you shoot down KOL just because of one bad album, then you will have to also shoot down half the bands on this list.

  2. Yeah I don’t get all the hating on KOL. They have 3 really great albums and there 4th is the only one I would say is not “great”, but still very good in parts. Plus they’re not even that popular in the states, but at some point everyone decided they are sell out, mainstream deusch bags. There is nothing mainstream or “Nickelback” about there first three albums and they put on a sick show. Here’s hoping there at lolla as well.

  3. fuck the guy who sed king of leon it guna be amazing my frend iis in mtspant helen venaum band

  4. h my gosg this amzing im excided for king of leon

  5. Hey Jack Johnson. Don’t be afraid to like what’s popular. I’m not saying im a Nickelback fan. But i’ve been into KOL since Youth and Young Manhood, and I would bet alot of money that if you had heard of them before they were popular, you would love them.

  6. Snoozesquatch. It’s like Coachella + 70% more boring and - 95% dancey goodness.

  7. boring.
only worth going for the comedy, which is really cool. H. Jon Benjamin, Zach Galifianakis & Tim and Eric? Cool.

  8. Kings of Leon are the same as Nickelback.

  9. Living in Washington, this announcement made my coachella decision alot easier (cheaper). Most of the must sees at coachella are at sasquatch. Sasquatch still looks 20-30 bands light so I am holding out for the ting tings, the kills, and a threepeat of Ghostland Observatory (mainstage latenight set). Looking forward to seeing all you CoS readers there.

  10. Ben Harper has sold out the Gorge twice on his own. Not my bag, but he is pretty huge in the Northwest.

The mid section is awesome though!
    :)

  11. KOL just sold out MSG. They are a legit headliner. Ben Harper no so much.

  12. The only thing great about KOL as headliners is that they should play more of their old stuff.

  13. Sunday is stacked up nicely I think but KOL and Ben Harper’s new bands as headliners…meh for me…great for others though I am sure

  14. Yeah, there is no official indication that I see from the festival itself. Where is this info from?

  15. I dont think this lineup is complete. The site clearly isn’t.

  16. holy f’ing shiznit…. this beats bonnaroo as the best festival lineup no dbout!!!!!

  17. This line up seems a bit confused and distorted. That Saturday sticks out like a sore thumb, and since when did Kings of Leon become a headliner?

  18. I wish I could go to this. I LOVE the 2nd tear and smaller acts.

  19. what an amazing lineup.
