Okay, I know the de facto mode of blogs is Snarkus Maximus, but looking at this week’s roster of musical acts I’m hard pressed to complain. It’s a big week and you would be wise to bring all your TVs into one room and buy a case of Mountain Dew so that you don’t miss a single moment of musical ecstasy.

CoS favs Andrew Bird, Antony and the Johnsons, M. Ward, and Wynona (her love can build a bridge!) are performing this week. Plus, it’s Conan O’Brien’s last week hosting Late Night, and he exits with peppermint-flavored style by having The White Stripes be his last guest. And on Wednesday, Carson Daly is devoting his entire show to Lykke Li, a woman who has a lot of my money and all of my heart. Swoon.
