Yes, following her appearance at this weekend’s Ultra Music Festival, the Philadelphia native will launch a brand new North American swing that will not only include Trouble Andrew and Amanda Blank serving as the openers, but also a full band and dancers performing behind her. The Santigold + full band + dancers set up will run from late May to late June, and will be highlighted by a stop at The Roots Picnic in the singer/songwriter’s hometown of Philadelphia, along with an appearance at this year’s Bonnaroo.
According to Pitchfork, following her summer tour, Santigold will head into the studio to begin work on her much-anticipated sophomore LP.
