In Photos: The Dead Weather makes debut at Bowery Ballroom (4/14)

Last night, Jack White took to New York’s Bowery Ballroom to introduce the world to his latest musical endeavor, The Dead Weather. Draped in all black, White provided the beat, while his fellow bandmates, frontwoman Alison Mosshart, guitarist Dean Fertita, and bassist Jack Lawrence pulsated the 550-person venue for 60 straight minutes, mixing ferocious rifts with equally infectious intensity. It was a night to remember, and a mission easily accomplished for White and Co. - how anyone could leave Bowery without a lifelong reminder would be beyond me.

And to think, this is only the beginning of The Dead Weather…
