Per TMZ.com:
13 years after he was shot and “killed” in Las Vegas … a man appearing to be 2pac was spotted in a bar on Bourbon Street last weekend.
We were unable to get any sort of DNA evidence — but this photo is good enough for us.

Wow, disappeared for 13 years yet his face (or at least profile) hasn’t aged a day according to that photo. And like most people, he kept the exact same facial hair and piercing for over a decade…I too wanna believe but c’mon. At least photoshop the details a little better
