Stone Temple Pilots play casinos & Canadian festivals!
Scott Weiland is keeping his promise. Well, sort of.
Sure, despite the November proclamation, there’s still no word on whether Weiland and his recently reunited Stone Temple Pilot bandmates will be releasing a brand new full-length anytime soon. But it’s still possible - after all, fresh off some solo fun over the winter (see: Happy in Galoshes), Weiland is back with STP, no he hasn’t quit yet, for some more touring. Plus, the fact that he’s still alive adds to the possibility as well.
This time around, the quartet will embark on a summer trek consisting primarily of dates at the country’s many casinos, along with appearances at two Canadian music festival - the Ottawa Bluesfest and Sarnia Bayfest.
