Stream: The Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts 2009
If you’re reading this, there’s a pretty good chance you are not among the lucky 150,000 currently scurrying around Worthy Farm taking in the sights and sounds of Glastonbury ‘09. Fortuantly, thanks to the wonders of the world wide web, all us non-Glastongoers still can catch some of the action as the BBC will be streaming many of this weekend’s performances on bbc.co.uk. So, sit back, relax, and get jealous!

Big thanks to BBC Radio 6 for their coverage. I live outside UK but have been, and will continue to, listen to much of this years festival. Its only the video coverage you cant access from the BBC iplayer, pity but there is probably some way of tricking them to think you are in UK! As well as this years coverage you can catch old broadcasts, I been listening to some John Peel broadcasts from 1995 - the last time I was at the festival!
Listening to BBC Radio 6 feed. Sounds great!
same thing for me. Not in UK - can’t watch it. And BBC even blocked few videos posted on Youtube so it’s complete NO VIDEO coverage at all for peeps outside the UK. What a shame.
I’m not sure how to change my proxy, but the NME reviews make me wish I had figured it out sooner. Great lineup!
Or change your proxy.
It says not available in my area. I think you need to be in the uk to view it.
