Bird continues flight around the world; gets heavenly

Never one known for slacking — he did included a nine-track bonus disc on the recently released Noble Beast seemingly just for kicks after all — Andrew Bird has lined up what is a pretty extensive and high-profile world tour for the comings months. We say extensive because it runs from mid-July to mid-November and takes the Chicago musician to various venues and music festivals across both North America and Europe. We say high-profile because sharing the bill with Bird will be Death Cab for Cutie, The Decemberists, and… drumroll… St. Vincent. Yes, come late September, Bird is hitting the road with Clark, with tickets for these currently available for purchase via Music Today. Yay for indie.
