In like the totally worst news of today…
Panic at the Disco guitarist guitarist Ryan Ross and bassist Jon Walker have announced they are leaving the band formerly known as Panic! at the Disco “to embark on a musical excursion of their own.”
“Tough the four of us have made music together in the past, we’ve creatively evolved in different directions which has compromised what each of us want to personally achieve,” Ross and Walker explained in a note posted on the band’s website. “Over the years, we have remained close and honest with each other, which helped us to realize that our goals were different and that parting ways is truly what is best for each of us. We are all excited for the future, you should be too.”
The remaining members of Panic at the Disco, fontman Brendon Urie and drummer Spencer Smith, will continue to perform under the Panic at the Disco name, and plan to go ahead with their 12 announced tour dates this summer as an opening act on the Blink-182 reunion tour, Spin reports.

Ended up catching most of their set in order to get good spots for R.E.M. at Voodoo 2008 and they were surprisingly fun! Their recordings are over produced and definitely fall under the category of “sell out” but live they are quite humble seeming and even nice to dance to. Just wanted to mention that since most people have no respect for them like I used to.
ya your mom, exactly…
wat
lol wut
The 2nd album was a good one.
Their new album was fantastic. Their old one not so much. Either way this band gets way too much shit when there is a lot worse shit out there. I hope this doesn’t lead to a full on break up.
