The Blakes return with Souvenir
The Blakes are poised to release their fourth LP, Souvenir, on October the 13th and have once again opted to stick with their true indie roots by going the self-release route. Of course, this isn’t really a surprise considering the Seattle based outfit consisting of Garnet Keim (vox/guitar), Snow Keim (vox/bass) and Bob Husak (drums) has only used a label twice, for the re-release of the LP The Blakes (2006) and 2007’s exclusive EP Streets, since they began nearly a decade ago.
