Hard to believe it, but August has arrived. For poor youngsters, that means the first day of school is getting nearer and nearer. However, for music lovers, all eyes are on this weekend, when Lollapalooza returns and so do our sunburns.

Speaking of Lolla, tune in to Late Show with Craig Ferguson this week to see one of last year’s scene-stealers, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings. They were one of the festival’s most energetic acts. Producers-turned-headliners Miike Snow bring fun-loving dance to Kimmel, so check them to see if you want to add ‘em to your Lolla schedule.

In terms of reruns, only Letterman and Daly are letting us down this week. But seeing as St. Vincent’s one of the reruns, I’m perfectly fine with that.
