Check Out: Karen O. & the Kids - “All Is Love”

Tomorrow, Karen O. will officially release “All Is Love”, the first single off her much-anticipated, indie-filled forthcoming soundtrack for Where The Wild Things Are. But because tomorrow isn’t until tomorrow and asking us to wait another 24 hours to hear she and the “kids” came up with for the project would totally suck, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontlady has decided to offer an early preview.

Right this very second, Karen O. and her Kids (a group of individuals which includes but is not limited to  YYY’s bandmates Brian Chase and Nick Zinner, Deerhunter’s Bradford Cox, Liars’ Aaron Hemphill, The Raconteurs/The Dead Weather’s Jack Lawrence, The Bird and the Bee’s Greg Kurstin, and Imaad Wasif) is currently streaming the aforementioned “All Is Love” on MySpace. Not surprising, the sound is rather kid friendly, full of piano, children shouting, and lyrics about love. All that being said, it is mighty good.

The Where The Wild Things Are soundtrack is out September 29th.
