The website you are currently reading was officially born. Two years later, we find ourselves with the world’s best staff, an unbelievable readership, and a bounty of amazing experiences. And the best part is that this is only the beginning.
In the weeks ahead, we’ll be rolling out some very exciting changes that should make the CoS experience even better. We won’t spoil anything quite yet, but rest assured, they will be worth the wait.
In the meantime, I’d like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the staff (for their continued efforts and passion), to the artists (for keeping the music and our inbox flowing 24/7), to the publicist (for dealing with us), and most importantly, to you, the reader (for your continued support). We wouldn’t be where we are without you. So, thank you!

It was around October two years ago when I was looking for Sasquatch rumors that I came upon this site, or rather, what it was back then (proboards, etc). It was a bookmark back then, and its continued awesomeness has enabled it to endure as my go-to music site. Two years, amazing music coverage, a bunch of t-shirts and a pair of awesome headphones later, I want to extend a hearty congratulations for making it this far in the convoluted blogosphere.
