Ladies and gentlemen, the day of all days is upon us! The tracklisting for the New Moon soundtrack is here!

Yeah, holy shit.

  1. this sound track sucks i cant belive they tainted muses song and the killers they sould never put muse in any sound track twilight sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I’m loving this soundrack. I’m not an indie junkie and I’m not 14! To be honest, my very favorite track is Alexandre Desplat track New Moon (The Meadow). It’s everything that Bella’s theme should have been in Twilight and I can simply break down and cry at how beautiful it is.

  3. i think my girlfriend just peed a little with excitement

  4. Weird to see Thom Yorke up there…
    Ugh Twilight.

  5. Amazing looking soundtrack…a compilation of some of the best names in Indie music (particularly excited for Bon Iver & St. Vincent’s duet).

There is, however, one extremely upsetting fact about this album: IT’S THE SOUNDTRACK FOR A TEENAGE ROMANCE TRASH-NOVEL MOVIE. Am I the only person who was disgusted when ‘15 steps’ was sung by every 14 year old girl in North America after Twilight came out? When people who wouldn’t recognize Thom Yorke if they fell over him suddenly “looooved” Radiohead? Maybe I’m being a bit melodramatic here, but the day that I hear a Bon Iver track on a local “Hits FM” station will be one of the saddest days in my life.
