The cross-country tour looks to be kicking off sometime in October (the first confirmed date is October 25th in Amarillo, TX). Promoters of the tour promise a festival feel with five bands total, including opening acts Morningwood, Kill Hannah, and Aranda, all for under $40. Hopefully that’s with fees and taxes included.
Papa Roach will be touring with material off their fifth studio release, Metamorphosis. Released in March, the album is already on its fourth single, “Had Enough”, which was confirmed by singer Jacoby Shaddix during recent live shows. JET released its third album, Shaka Rock, in August and already are planning to hit the road something hard.
“It’s just so good to be out on the road playing our new music,” said Jet’s drummer Chris Cester. “The band expects to ‘tour our asses off’ for at least the next 18 months.”
While only a few dates have been announced, we’ll be certain to pass along the rest. Tickets for the first shows go on sale September 25th and September 26th through the respective bands’ websites.
