The Dead Weather drops live EP
In news not at all surprising considering this is The Dead Weather we’re talking about, the same Dead Weather that has already begun work on its second studio album despite the fact that its first, Horehound, was just released this past summer and which features Jack White, the same Jack White who is writing a solo album, (maybe) producing The Rolling Stones next album, giving college lectures, getting covered by Kelly Clarkson, and potentially collaborating with Taylor Swift, Lenny Kravitz, and Jay-Z, has cryptically dropped a brand new live five-song EP, titled Live From Third Man West, recorded at… you guessed it… Third Man Record’s pop up L.A. store in August, and featuring a cover of “Forever My Queen”, originally recorded by doom metal overlords Pentagram, on iTunes.
