Foo Fighters to promote greatest hits with Facebook performance
On Friday, October 30th, just three days prior to the release of Foo Fighters: Greatest Hits, the Foo Fighters will take to Facebook. But rather than tag frontman Dave Grohl in compromising situations or comment on Billy Corgan’s page, the band will be using the social networking website to broadcast a live performance. The gig will go down live from the Studio 606 complex in California at 10 p.m. EST, and promises to feature hits as well as requests (made through the band’s Twitter). Talk about covering all your bases.
