Four Tet (real name Kieran Hebden), one of the most respected electronic artists around, hasn’t exactly been quiet since 2005’s Everything Ecstatic, what with the release of a mix album, an EP, and a handful of duo records with Steve Reid, but that hardly diminishes the impact of the announcement of a new Four Tet album.

As we told you earlier this month, Four Tet’s fifth full-length overall, There Is Love in You, is scheduled for release by Domino Records on January 25, 2010. And if the album’s lead single, “Love Cry”, wasn’t enough to generate some significant buzz, the following news surely will: In support of the release, Four Tet will hit the road this February for a two-week U.S. tour. British house producer Nathan Fake has been tapped to serve as opener.
