That much talked about visual film from that much celebrated band will finally make its debut at next year’s Sundance Film Festival. Yep, as Pitchfork reports, Animal Collective‘s latest project, a Danny Perez directed film titled ODDSAC, will make its debut at the Utah based event, scheduled to take place from January 21-31.

Says AC’s Avey Tare of the film: “The whole thing cohesively doesn’t have one narrative; it’s more of a visual or psychedelic thing. There are parts that are almost completely abstract, and there are parts that are little bit more live-action.” So yeah, it’s an Animal Collective movie, not Gone With the Wind.” Should we have expected anything less?
