“We’re doing two [shows] with The Strokes and that’s it for the summer… I’ll do other festivals alone, If they’ll have me!”
— Frontman Julian Casablancas announces (via NME) that The Strokes’ upcoming appearances at Isle of Wight and Rock Ness music festival will be their only performances before they complete their new studio album. Since then, the band has added appearances at the Hurricane and Southside festival to its upcoming itinerary, so who really knows what’s up.
