After braving the icy Canadian tundra, Guns N’ Roses plan on turning the heat up — literally. As we reported previously, South America will soon be invaded by Axl Rose and his hired Guns, and it happens this spring. Only now, the dates are locked, the venues secured, and seeing that the band’s been playing true to their itinerary… “this shit’s real.”

But what a spring break ahead of them! With five dates in Brazil and appearances in Buenos Aires and Bogotá, Rose will be livin’ la vida loca. Fans should expect nothing short of a long night filled with tequila, late starts, and sprawling, sky reaching solos. Let’s just hope Rose packs some sunscreen if he wants to make it out alive.

For those of you in North America, waiting endlessly to see Chinese Democracy performed live in its entirety, dates should surface soon. Though maybe, to paraphrase Axl Rose, “soon isn’t the word.”
