As expected, the Grammys blew like the annual winter hurricane that they are. Luckily, many of the worthwhile artists who didn’t get any trophies and probably never will are gracing your late-night TV screens this week. Lisa Hannigan, Hot Chip, Metric, New Kids on the Block…wait, what? Anyway, your DVR space should be spent on these shows rather than on that bloated awards ceremony.

Oh, and let’s just highlight to universal truths: 1. Carson Daly manages to always be in reruns, but he also always manages to have episodes to re-air. No one knows how. 2. Even in absentia, Conan rules all: He airs five musical guests this week (reruns, of course) and Leno gives us none.
