Tanlines set sights on debut EP for March

They don’t call it hip for nothing. Another fine export from Brooklyn, the experimental pop duo of Jesse Cohen and Eric Emm, aka Tanlines, are set to release their debut EP, Settings, through True Panther Sounds on March 9th. But, why should you care?

Both of the group’s members are quite experienced. Cohen used to play in Professor Murder and Emm was one half of the production duo Brothers. Together, however, the two display their talent with poly rhythmic tropical beats, anthemic synth lines, and produced pop vocals. That’s not all, either! The EP also features a collaboration with label-mate Glasser.

The lead single, “Real Life”, can be heard below.
