The Eagles certainly like to take their time when it comes to music. Not only was 2007′s Long Road Out of Eden their first new album since 1979, but this spring they’re adding another leg in support of that latest release. Three years for one album? Pretty intense on their part.

While a handful of shows at the Hollywood Bowl were announced for mid-April, the classic rockers have rounded out their itinerary for the spring with a series of arena dates all along the West Coast. The tour currently wraps up on May 18 with a concert in Nampa, ID.

Though Long Road Out of Eden did come out three years ago, it’s won Grammy awards in both 2008 and 2009. Better strike while the iron’s hot.

It’s not like we’re all waiting for a Glenn Frey release, either.
