Despite a forthcoming, “stripped-down, more acoustic” studio album and subsequent “smaller venues”-only venue tour, Coldplay is making the most of the “Viva La Vida” tour’s final dates, using the current South American leg to debut several new songs. One such selection, reportedly titled either “Don Quixote” or “Spanish Rain”, is, according to frontman Chris Martin, a tribute to their Spanish-speaking fanbase and features a sing-a-long chorus consisting entirely of “Ol锑s.
