By now, we’ve made it pretty fucking obvious that we’re head over Chucks for Bethany Cosentino and her fabulous new band (and sound), Best Coast. In fact, if I listen to “When I’m With You” again, I’ll probably die of heartbreak. But while we’ve pretty much worn out the group’s EPs, we’re not really tired of ‘em — especially since they continue to surprise us with live shows or online exclusives.

On the topic of the latter, Black Iris TV snagged an exclusive new song from the California trio. It’s titled “Our Deal” and, no, it’s not any different than the previous sunny distortion we’ve come to love. In this particular tune, Cosentino talks to a lover who’s left her (the nerve!), and the deal they set in motion previously. Somewhere in there she yearns for him to tell her how he feels. It’s pretty melancholy, but you’re not particularly crying by the end. We’re not going to lie, you’ve gotta be a major douche bag to split from this chick.
