Since release her latest studio album Far last summer, Regina Spektor has kept a fairly low profile, aside of course from an interview with us and an appearance on SNL. Well, all that is about to change because the acclaimed singer/songwriter did the one thing that is sure to get a ton of attention: cover Radiohead.

In support of Doctors Without Borders, Spektor reworked Radiohead’s “No Surprises” and has released it for digitial download on iTunes. The rendition is rather subdued in nature, hearing Spektor utilizing only her vocals and piano strokes.
