Hours after capping off what appeared to be another successful edition (our report is coming soon!), the Coachella Music Festival has something else to smile about. As the Los Angeles Times reports, the Indio, California based festival has renewed the lease on its current home, the Empire Polo Grounds, “for at least an additional decade.” What’s more, the owner of the grounds will be committing $1.0 million in landscaping improvements annually going forward.
