Even if it’s only a couple more dates, we’re glad to see Jamie Lidell in more venues across the continent because if you haven’t seen Lidell’s avant-soul performance, you haven’t seen a show replete with schizophrenic dance movies, a band that does it to you in your ear drums, and a voice like a velvet milk shake. Anyhow, in support of his forthcoming LP Compass, Lidell will now be stopping by Brooklyn and LA in June in addition to the rest of his North American jaunt.

The newly announced summer leg has Lidell traveling across New York, Pennsylvania, California, and Canada during the month of June. He’ll also show Chicago some love when he returns stateside., following a month worth of UK festival dates, for an appearance at Lollapalooza on August 6th. Tickets are available over at Ticketmaster.com. So get down, get down.
