As our friend Travis Hay at Ear Candy points out, someone over at Rolling Stone intentionally (or unintentionally) published the four headliners for this year’s Bumbershoot in the latest print edition of the magazine. So what do we got? How does legendary singer/songwriter Bob Dylan, hip-hop superstar Mary J. Blige, the recently reunited grunge band Hole, and alternative staple Weezer sound? Though an official confirmation is still forthcoming (and given Bumbershoot’s history of false leaks, that’s probably a bit important), if these four are indeed accurate, they’d be donning Seattle Center’s main stage between September 4th and 6th.
Other rumored acts (via leaks on Pollstar.com) include The English Beat, The Whigs, Balkan Beat Box, Neon Indian, and James Cotton. The official lineup for Bumbershoot 2010 is expected to be released on June 1st. Economy and standard tickets (priced at $22 and $40 respectively) will also be available starting that day.
In the meantime, keep track of all the latest lineup rumors here.
