So here’s something cool and free: Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be giving away pairs of passes to the 2010 edition of the Forecastle Music Festival. If you weren’t aware, the Louisville, Kentucky based event is set to bring the likes of The Flaming Lips, Widespread Panic, Spoon, Devo, Cake, She & Him, Bassnectar, Umphrey’s McGee, Against Me!, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, Cap’n Jazz, and Jukebox the Ghost among others to Waterfront Park between July 9th and 11th.

Anyway, we have five pairs of three-day passes to give away, meaning you have five chances to win an opportunity to see all of the aforementioned acts + more for free. But rather than give away all five at once, we’re going to mix things up a bit and get creative. Like, for example, we may tell everyone to follow us on Twitter and re-tweet the phrase “I want @forecastle tickets from @coslive”. We then would randomly pick a re-tweet’er and give them a pair of passes. (Hint: this really wasn’t an example. We suggest you actually do this to win tickets).
