Kieran Hebden, spinning under the moniker Four Tet, hit his stride with his latest release There Is Love In You, a sonic garden of syncopated beauty. The third single from the LP, “Angel Echoes”, fell into the hands of those gents over at that outfit Caribou, and they sent it through their laptops creating a new remix of the song: a melismatic, club-ready, tension and release track which is just plain sick. The track will be released on a 12″ single Aug 3rd in North America (July 19th in the UK), but you can check out the stream and download below (via Pitchfork). The flip side of the 12″ will sport a “gorgeous piano-infused remix”remix by Domino’s John Hopkins. If you still haven’t hopped on the the record player bandwagon and are stuck way back in the digital era, the digital bundle will include all the There Is Love In You remixes thus far.

What’s more, you can watch Hebden re-mix,-work,-calibrate your mind on tour this summer in both Europe and some newly announced North American locations. He’ll hit these shores October 14th at the Metro in Chicago and end up at the 9:30 Club in DC  October 24th. Do score tickets for this man.
