Why, hello there! We hope you had a relaxing last three days, complete with enough vegan hot dogs, PBR’s, and illegal fireworks for even the largest red, white, and blue appetite. But while you were enjoying the 4th of July Weekend, we found ourselves still posting, probably because a.) the rest of the world isn’t too into the idea of celebrating America’s Independence, b.) despite the aforementioned celebration of America’s independence, some Americans — like President Obama and The Killers — were still making headlines, and c.)  we really don’t know what the world “relax” means.
