It looks like another artist remembered Florida enjoys live music just as much as the rest of us. La Roux has just announced a tour of the east that will not only include the often forgotten Sunshine State, but the English electro pop duo will play three — count ‘em three — dates there. The trek will in fact launch in Ft. Lauderdale on November 1st and will then see the outfit play Orlando and Tampa in the days that follow.

Other cities included on the short venture up the coast include Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, and NYC, so have yourself a nice night on the dance floor and buy some tickets at Ticketmaster.com. Find a list of all confirmed tour dates below.

To coincide with the tour, La Roux will celebrate the US release of their second single, “In For The Kill”, off their 2009 self-titled debut. The track will be available as a digital remix EP on September 14th via Cherrytree, with a special edition vinyl to follow in late September
