In a video that contains more metal than you will ever see in your entire fucking life, let’s ask some some hard-hitting questions regarding The Big Four’s final performance of Diamondhead’s “Am I Evil” (via Metal Underground):
Who’s the most metal of all up there? Who has the widest metal stance? If there were a “Big 5″, who would you add? How close were they to putting a wig on Scott Ian so he would fit in? Could the members of The Big Four cover any song and make it metal? Even Wham’s “Careless Whispers”? Would the sax part in “Careless Whispers” sound metal if it came out of Hammett’s Ibanez? Do you kind of want to see James Murphy come up to that retro microphone and start rambling about how he’s “losing his edge”? Do you think Dave Mustaine would call James Murphy a “pussy?” Do you still pirate Metallica albums just to stick it to Lars? Would you pirate this DVD, even though Lars is only involved in about 1/16th of it?
