Here’s a shock: no one can agree on what’s happening with the next Guns N’ Roses album. Just last week, guitarist DJ Ashba reported that the band already had a few ideas going around for the followup to 2008′s forever-highly-anticipated Chinese Democracy, and that a new album could come sooner rather than later. But, of course, second guitarist Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal has since disputed those comments, noting on his Facebook page (via anti Music) that Axl and co. have yet to even sit down and start writing.”I know DJ mentioned something about a new album, but don’t want y’all expecting anything soon.” Well, at least Ashba’s claim of a Guns N’ Roses tour next February is still looking possible. Maybe?
