While Phish may still be years away from surpassing the Grateful Dead’s mark of 2,300 live shows, Trey Anastasiois, Mike Gordon, Jon Fishman, and Page McConnell seem set to become the iron-men of touring. Currently on hiatus from a fall tour that concludes New Year’s Day at Madison Square Garden, America’s hardest working band has taken some time to reminisce with a box set highlighting this year’s 2-night performance at Wisconsin’s Alpine Valley Music Theater.

Simply titled Alpine Valley 2010, the box set features the complete August 14th performance on 2 DVDs, as well as 2 CDs, with bonus video from the following night’s set. Nearly three hours long, the tracks were recorded using 57 channels of digital multitrack then mixed and mastered in 5.1 Dolby Surround. Yah, I bet all those clips below definitely beat those bootlegs your friend recorded.
