For a while we’ve been speculating as to when we’ll see PJ Harvey‘s new album, but Drowned in Sound reports we may finally have answers in the next few days. A quick visit to her official website reveals that good ol’ Polly Jean is going to tell us something very important on November 23rd, and while we’re really hoping that she’s planning on extending her four-stop mini tour and taking it across the Atlantic for some shows in the U-S-of-A, the whole thing is pretty damn cryptic.

The website will lead you to an image that says “Let England Shak”, and clicking on said image leads you to a weird, pseudo-calendar adorned with strange icons of white birds in various stages of flight. We’re almost positive that Harvey isn’t predicting seismic activity in the U.K., and the site’s message boards are pretty much a graveyard, so it seems like no one really knows what’s going on.

We’ll just have to keep guessing for a few more days, but give us your opinion on the announcement in the comment section below. It’ll give us something to talk about in the meantime.
