Canadian indie-rock band Zeus are ready to give us another sampling of their music. After releasing their full-length debut, Say Us, earlier this year, the trio is now set to come out with an open-ended run of 7-inch double A-side singles.

The series will kick off with the December 7th release of “Hot Under The Collar” and “Aeroplane”. The former was recorded in the “large dwelling room” of Toronto band The Golden Dogs in just three takes, while the latter was taken from the band’s 2009 recording sessions for Say Us. Both tracks were mixed by Robbie Lackritz, of Feist fame. Arts&Crafts will handle the single’s release.

Aside from the singles, Zeus are also going on tour this late fall/early winter. Unfortunately, unless you’re in Europe or Canada, you’re probably unlikely to catch them.
