Canadian indie darlings and  Saddle Creek label mainstays The Rural Alberta Advantage will make the smarter choice and stay indoors for the better part of the harsh winter. Us northerners would never spite someone for such a wise decision. But when the sun starts to melt the snow and shines upon their next LP, Departing, due out March 1st, frontman Nils Edenloff will lead his band on a short trip down the east coast, through the south, and up to the midwest.

RAA will also be heading down to South by South West to show off some songs from their sophomore release, which Edenloff claims is “an end to the stuff that we started with Hometowns.” For even more of a preview, you can stream the album’s first single, “Stamp”, below (via Global Grind).
