San Francisco’s South by Southwest equivalent, Noise Pop, returns February 22-27 with a lineup featuring the likes of Yo La Tengo, Dan Deacon Ensemble, Telekinesis, a solo Ted Leo, boyfriend-girlfriend Wavves and Best Coast, and The Concretes, among others.
