Death Cab for Cutie released a free 7″ single for Record Store Day featuring snippets of three tracks off their forthcoming album, Codes and Keys: “Home is a Fire”, “You Are A Tourist”, and “Some Boys”. At least it was supposed to be free. So don’t buy it on eBay. But for those who didn’t score a copy, the band is streaming the two minute and 31 second effort in the video posted above. The announcer man proves a particular highlight.
