Since releasing their self-titled EP early last year, Los Angeles-based Grouplove have been turning quite a few heads. Their single “Colours” topped SiriusXM’s Alt Nation playlist, and they’ve opened for the highly buzzed The Joy Formidable and Florence & The Machine. After being named one of NME’s “Best New Bands of 2010,” they’ll join the magazine’s Radar Tour as main support beginning next week. Then they’ll spread their indie-loving across the U.S. with their own headlining tour.

The 9-stop trek begins June 3rd in their hometown. They’ll then hit Seattle, Portland and San Francisco before bypassing Middle America and heading to Tampa. D.C., Boston, and Philadelphia will all get shows before the band closes out the tour in Brooklyn. Walk the Moon will tag along to provide support for all dates.

This is in addition to spots on the recently announced lineup for Lollapalooza, plus Glastonbury, Outside Lands, and a handful of other festivals. And their debut full-length doesn’t even drop till September. How’s that for buzz?
