Gucci Mane has remained out of trouble since his December 2010 stint at one of Georgia’s mental health treatment facilities; since then, he’s been splitting his time between the release of a new mixtape and some uber-ridiculous ink. But now, My Fox Atlanta reports the rapper born Radric Davis is under arrest again, this time for a misdemeanor battery charge and violating his probation.

According to My Fox Atlanta, police arrested Davis in Atlanta Friday on a warrant that stated he “intentionally caused visible bodily harm to a female by pushing her out of a moving vehicle.” He was also charged for violating his probation. Currently, Davis is being held in the DeKalb County Jail.
