Twofers are rarely this special. A pair of the most anticipated sophomore LPs from two of music’s most lauded and talented bands just landed on NPR at the same time. On the virtual paddock, Fleet Foxes are trotting out their sprawling and beautiful sophomore album Helplessness Blues, while The Antlers are trotting out their sprawling and beautiful sophomore album Burst Apart.
The dulcet folk of Robin Pecknold and the rest of the bearded bros from Fleet Foxes can be streamed here, and the more partitioned and broader songs of Peter Silbermen and the rest of The Antlers can be streamed here. Thanks as always to NPR.
