The Flaming Lips to play Los Angeles cemetery

Given all the weirdness that The Flaming Lips have planned for 2011 (appearances at Dave Matthews Band’s festival included), this might be the most normal: As Psych Explorations of the Future Heart points out, Wayne Coyne and co. will play a “two night and one morning” stand at the Hollywood Forever cemetery in Los Angeles, California on June 14th and 15th. Exact specifics and ticket information are still forthcoming, but the shows will see the band play two classic albums in their entirety: the Lips’ own 1999 album The Soft Bulletin and Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon.
