TV on the Radio make companion film for Nine Types of Light

TV on the Radio‘s latest effort, Nine Types of Light, hits stores tomorrow, but there’s still plenty more to come from the Williamsburg, Brooklyn indie heroes. In a recent sit-down with the New York Times, TVOTR’s Tunde Adebimpe and Kyp Malone confirmed that the band has made a film to go along with their new album. It will consist of ten music videos, one for each song on the new album, with the already unveiled clip for “Will Do” among those included. Explained Malone: “I think that there’s still a mindset that you have to make do with whatever the budget is for your videos and put it behind the two potential singles, which is some antiquated model of what’s supposed to happen.”

Update: The deluxe edition of the Nine Types of Light will come with a 1080p HD digital format of the film. Peep the trailer in the video posted above.
